dynoPRO - Fast and Effective Solution
The device its characterized by a compact housing made of aluminium and plastic.
Installation of the device takes about 2 minutes to be ready for measurement.
For the measurement, the vehicle weight and tire size are required (in the format e.g. 205/55/16 or circumference in mm).
The device has a built-in weather station for measuring temperature and atmospheric pressure (-40 ° + 100 °, 300-1100hpa). In addition, the device can read the atmospheric temperature from the OBD2 connector.
Communication with the DYNO probe and the OBD2 adaptor is made by the Bluetooth standard. Dyno probe has a built-in battery that allows about 10 hours of operation. The OBD2 adaptor is powered from the OBD2 connector.
In addition to the standard power measurement, the device enables logging of additional engine parameters via the OBD2 connector, e.g. boost pressure, pressure on the injection rail, exhaust gas temperature, etc., and placing them on a graph in relation to the power or torque graph.
The software, apart from measuring power, enables diagnostics of the engine controller in the EOBD standard (identification of the engine controller and diagnostic protocol, reading and erasing of DTC errors, measurement of actual values).
The measurement results are presented in 3 variants. Actual, DIN70020, SAE J1349 and EEC. Measurement repeatability error under the same procedure and conditions below 1%.
The software has no time and quantity operation limitations.
Free software updates. Technical support. 2 years Warranty.
Installation of the device takes only 2 minutes!
Fast assembly and disassembly of the dynamometer allows you to take measurements anywhere and anytime, which will be most appreciated by mobile workshops.
Assembly and Measurement with dynoPRO Dynamometer
The assembly of the device consists of 6 simple steps:
- selecting the appropriate size of the cap for the wheel bolt
- screwing the socket together with the pin to the bolt on the rim
- probe roughly centred on circle and screwed
- turning on the probe
- plugging the OBD2 connector into the vehicle socket
- switching on the tablet and launching the software.
Measurement of power in most cases requires about 1 km of the road section, possibly without gradients.
The measurement procedure consists of the following steps:
- selecting the MEASUREMENT menu
- determining the profile of the measured vehicle (name, vehicle weight, tire size, RPM engine rotation signal sources – usually reading from OBD2 or calibrated)
- Power run consisting of:
start of measurement in the software
smooth start with the vehicle in 1st and 2nd gear
put in 3rd gear and quickly accelerate to the end of the engine rpm range, then put in neutral and the program will start counting down 10s to calculate rolling resistance and other
- software will calculate power and torque once finished it willpresentit to the user.
- Generating measurement report (software generate report in PDF,JPG or CSV format and allows to share it through e-mail etc..

In the kit you will find
The tablet included in the set has a durable aluminium casing and a plastic protector. Along with the tablet, there is a charger with a micro USB connector which, in combination with a mini USB adapter, allows you to charge the Dyno probe.
The Dyno probe is made of aluminium and flex steel. Communication takes place in the Bluetooth standard. It has a built-in speed, climate, temperature and atmospheric pressure sensors. The probe is battery powered; its working time is about 10 hours. The battery is charged via the mini USB connector, the adapter is included in the set with the charger. A tablet charger is also used to charge the probe.
The OBD2 adapter transmits the vehicle’s RPM signal and other actual parameters during the measurement in the Bluetooth standard. Apart from the power measurement mode, the probe enables diagnostics of passenger cars compliant with the OBD2 standard.
The probe enables identification of the engine controller and diagnostic protocol, reading and deletingfaults, real time measurement of available parameters from the engine controller. During the measurement, the user can choose any real time parameters, e.g. boost pressure in the intake manifold, engine temperature and others provided by the engine controller, and the program will automatically mark them on the power measurement graph.
8mm, 10mm Allen key and 14mm spanner.
A set of sockets for mounting the Dyno probe – 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22mm.
Bolt with M12 thread for attaching the Dyno probe and an M10 bolt with spring washer.
